One of the most effective ways to get moving on your goals is to share them in a comfortable group setting and meet regularly to share progress.
This 12 week program encourages participants to set out realistic goals, break down what actions are needed, and choose their own deadlines.
It is led by an experienced facilitator who creates a welcoming environment where participants can feel comfortable and motivated.
This program is ideal for anyone who is tired of slow progress or procrastination and truly ready to commit to making changes.
At the first session, participants set goals and make a commitment for what they what to achieve for the program. Groups meet in person regularly to share progress and talk about their successes in taking action, and any blockers they encountered.
This is all about encouraging all participants get traction for their goals. Most importantly, it is about celebrating progress and results as a group. It is more about mindset, and less about tools and techniques.
We have seen some truly remarkable breakthroughs for previous participants including Entrepreneurs, Songwriters, Writers, Photographers and Film Makers. People of all ages have benefited from this journey with one thing in common... to get moving on their dreams and goals.
